Experimental investigation methods play an important role in assessing the current condition of structures, their current structural safety and remaining service life, condition forecasting, and structure-specific research. The following key topics are planned for the 14th SEUB on Wednesday, March 10, 2027, at the Dresden Exhibition Center:
- Current structural investigations,
- New measurement techniques, method development, and digitalization,
- Experimental static and structural dynamic short-term and long-term tests,
- Methods and evaluation of structural condition, load-bearing capacity, and remaining service life,
- Structural monitoring, condition forecasting, and (predictive) SHM,
- Regulatory standards and guidelines.
Would you like to contribute to the 14th SEUB with a presentation on a specific project, an innovative process, new and forward-looking methods, scientific and research findings, or updates to guidelines and standards? - Decision on acceptance of contributions: September 2026
- Submission of your final paper: Mid-November 2026
Before applying, please verify that you can meet the deadline for submitting your manuscript and that you are authorized to publish the intended content. The proceedings will be published as a printed conference volume and made available via open access on the Qucosa® university publications server.
