Q-Exactive HF Orbitrap Mass Spectrometer (ThermoScientific)
The Q-Exactive MS is our state-of-art instrument for Quantitaive Proteomics applications. The MS is hyphenated to one of the Nanoflow-UPLC systems (Eksigent 425 or Dionex RLSC) for high resolution chromatographic separation and thus enables deep analysis of complex samples.

LTQ-Orbitrap XL ETD (Thermo Scientific) with Dionex3000 Nano-HPLC (Thermo Dionex)
The LTQ-Orbitrap XL ETD MS provides three different fragmentation modes (CID, HCD, ETD); A combination that is especially benefical for the detailed characterization of PTMs or sequence validation of proteins.
