Research Associate wanted at the Research Center for the Dresden University School - ODIkS project
The University School Research Center (ForUS) was founded at TU Dresden in March 2022. The School of Humanities and Social Sciences thus gained an interdisciplinary scientific institution for the development and design of the University School Dresden pilot project. The highly ambitious project enables excellent educational research in the school trial, which is unique of its kind in Germany.
The research center is now looking for a Research Associate in the BMBF joint project "Open Digital Infrastructures of Municipal School Boards ODIkS".
Tasks: Processing the scientific discourse on the technical, organizational and pedagogical implementation of digitally supported inclusion, close cooperation with the practice partners, evaluation of the current situation and change processes, implementation of target group-specific workshops for the development of digital infrastructures, active networking between practice partners, transfer of the project's findings into a transfer model
The University School Dresden Pilot Project Research Unit ForUS offers an excellent educational science infrastructure and an ideal field for interdisciplinary cooperation.

About the ODIkS project
In the ODIkS joint project, concepts for open digital infrastructures that promote learning are being developed together with local school authorities. This is done according to the principle of ‘communities of practice’, which are scientifically supported in the project. The questions of a) how cooperation between local school authorities, schools, regional stakeholders and the state can be successfully managed, b) what the success factors are from a governance perspective for the sustainable establishment of an open digital infrastructure that promotes learning and c) what the success factors are from a governance perspective for the sustainable establishment of an open digital infrastructure that promotes learning are combined with practice-oriented research and consulting in ‘Labs for open education and local school authorities’.
