Following the success of Logbook "Politik", we at Joddid also wanted to make a logbook. The result is the political education logbook. With this logbook, people working in political education can reflect on their experiences and come up with new ideas.

The sets of conversation cards are a great material format from Joddid. We have developed various editions for you. Conversation cards about politics, political education, racism and criticism of racism or a general set of cards to initiate encounters in large groups. At JoDDiD, we have developed material available to borrow that you can use to carry out the thinking hat method. There are six colorfully designed masks, each representing one of de Bono's thinking hats. They encourage a playful and creative implementation of the method, which is popular in political education!

We developed these role cards in order to use them ourselves in multiplier events and to talk to people about how they see themselves in mediation contexts. Our aim is to make deeply rooted self-perceptions visible and to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of these specific ideas.

At JoDDiD, we develop didactic materials for extracurricular political education. Our latest products are rugs. They can be used as part of sociometric exercises or pro and contra debates and thus bring a breath of fresh air to well-practiced and tried and tested methods of political education.

Making approval or disapproval in regards to politically related questions visible is part of democracy and is also important in educational processes. We have produced various voting devices that you can use to conduct votes at educational events and that you can simply borrow from us.

At Joddid, we advocate space-based outreach political education, but not everywhere is beautiful - and not everywhere is a space. That's why we developed the "Gerüchteküche" (kitchen of rumors). It can be taken anywhere and immediately creates a place where people can exchange ideas. About conspiracy narratives - or about something completely different.

We have recently received the wooden citizens - a set of figures that can be used in counseling and further education situations to reflect on what we focus democratic education processes on - or what we start from. They are delightful - at least we think so ;-)

Learning from feedback is a matter of course in democratic educational processes - the only problem is that many feedback methods are annoying. We have put together a few new ones for you.

Unfortunately, there are many things you can do wrong in political or democratic education. We have developed a quartet of traps to make stumbling blocks and traps visible (and at the same time not to lose the good mood). It contains clear descriptions of typical pitfalls and can be used in a variety of ways in counseling and training settings.

Beggar or king - we don't know. Under the veil of ignorance, we want to decide on the rules of the future society. Nothing could be easier with our social lots, which can also be played out in large groups.

Ideas of peace have evolved historically and culturally and often differ on key points. Alongside pacifist ideas, which emphasize that peace begins with the peacefulness of each individual, there are ideas of realism, which refer to peace through deterrence. This basic sheet can be used to explore and discuss different ideas.
