Every year, more than 700 engineers graduate from the Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering. Whether Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering & Natural Materials Engineering or Materials Science, whether Bachelor, Diploma or Dr.-Ing. - the "Day of the Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering" is the first homecoming for most alumni. Even if the graduation ceremony is not necessarily a "farewell" forever, it is a special and important occasion to thank and honor our protégés for what they have achieved, to celebrate top achievements and to wish them success for the future. Sponsoring

Take the chance and present yourself on June 22, 2024 in the Boulevardtheater

• from 3 to 11 pm

to our graduates, doctoral students, professors and guests. Up to 500 people can take part in the event. We look forward to your financial support and offer you attractive presentation opportunities in return!
This is the only way we can keep the participation fees moderate.

Sponsorship package A ≥ EUR 2,500 net

Included on the day of the event:

• Company presentation*
• Participation in the event for up to 2 people
• Display of flyers and merchandise products
• Mention on the event website incl. company logo and link to company website
• Highlighted logo presentation as main sponsor on the welcome and closing slides of the ceremony

Sponsorship package B ≥ EUR 1,500 net

Included on the day of the event:

• Company presentation*
• Participation in the event for up to 2 people

* We will provide you with a high table, two bar stools, a power connection and Wi-Fi for your information stand. Please note that the maximum presentation area is 6 m².

The Association Friends and Sponsors of the Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering organizes and supports events such as the Day of the Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering. With your donation, you enable the organization of the event and also strengthen further measures in student support and alumni retention. Thank you in advance for your support!
