InnoLead@Work
The research project "Fostering Innovation, Performance and Resilience through Leadership and modern Work Design (Inno-Lead@Work)" (project duration: 09/2022–12/2024) analysed current challenges of the textile industry in Bangladesh. Its main question was how innovation, health and sustainability can be promoted through modern work design and leadership. Inno-Lead@Work was funded by HELD (Higher Education and Leadership Development for Sustainable Textiles in Bangladesh), a project supported by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH). The HELD project was implemented on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
In December 2024, the research project came to an end after more than two years of intensive collaboration. We would like to sincerely thank GIZ, whose financial support made the project possible and who actively supported us in many ways. Special thanks also go to our cooperation partner BGMEA for the excellent collaboration. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who shared their knowledge, experiences, and valuable contacts with us, participated in our studies or training sessions, and thus made a significant contribution to the success of the project.
