InnoLead@Work
The research project "Fostering Innovation, Performance and Resilience through Leadership and modern Work Design (Inno-Lead@Work)" (project duration: 09/22–12/24) analyses current challenges of the textile industry in Bangladesh. Its main question is how innovation, health and sustainability can be promoted through modern work design and leadership. Inno-Lead@Work is funded by HELD (Higher Education and Leadership Development for Sustainable Textiles in Bangladesh), a project supported by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH). The HELD project is implemented on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
