Gain maximum visibility for your job postings with an online recruitment campaign

It is becoming increasingly important to actively recruit top international talent if we are to remain competitive in both research and teaching on a global scale. Our online recruitment campaign places your open professorial positions precisely where potential applicants will see it. By partnering with ResearchGate and Academic Positions, the market leader in academic recruitment, we can expand the pool of qualified candidates and at the same time increase your chances of securing prestigious appointments.

How it works:

• Register your interest: Contact the Active Recruitment Officer on the Appointment Team to let them know that you would like to advertise a professorial position via an online campaign.
• Defining the target group: We will work with you to define relevant keywords and target countries or regions (e.g. worldwide, German-speaking countries, EU).
• Graphic design: We only need couple (3-5) of photos that represent your faculty to create an appealing visual design.
• Individual landing pages: We'll set up a dedicated web page with key information about the Chair and TU Dresden. You can find an example of our pilot campaign with the Faculty of Architecture here.
• Campaign management – we'll handle the communication with external partners, as well as the management and fine-tuning of the campaign.
• Performance measurement – after the 30-day campaign, you will receive a detailed performance report for internal evaluation.

Please note that this is a limited-time offer. There will initially be four campaign slots available until October 2025. Decisions about which Chairs to advertise will be made in conjunction with the Rector; if the Appointments Team receives more than four requests, priority will be given to strategic Chairs.
