Internships
Table of contents
TU Dresden is one of the leading research universities in Germany. It enjoys close collaborative ties with companies and other academic institutions worldwide. Its research projects as well as teaching and continuing education courses are practically oriented and driven by innovation.
These activities are based on the solid bedrock of a spectrum of subjects whose range and balance is unparalleled and which promotes the profound interlinking of engineering, medicine, natural science, humanities and social sciences.
Internship opportunities
With the aim of encouraging future generations of researchers and academics, we offer degree-oriented internships to high school students (Gymnasium) in grades 9 and 10 as well as middle school students (Oberschule) in grade 8 in research-supporting areas. We also offer various volunteer and pupil internships in workshops, laboratories, administration and other facilities and institutions are also available to provide guidance to school-aged students who later wish to pursue a skilled occupation.
We also have a range of other services to help them get to know our university at the Junior Campus.
Plus, the Center for Regenerative Therapies at TU Dresden (CRTD) offers a voluntary social year program in science under the sponsorship of the German Red Cross Saxony. You can find more information on this program on the CRTD website.
