The buildings of TU Dresden are used for various events (academic conferences and meetings, ceremonial events, presentations, etc.) outside lecture time. Use of the venues – depending on their locations – can be applied for using different channels of the university administration.

Use of Teaching Rooms (lecture halls and seminar rooms)

The use of teaching rooms can be requested by means of the Operational Allocation of Teaching Rooms (Directorate 8).

Venues of the University Executive Board

The venues of the University Executive Board (Festive hall in the Rectorate Building and Festive hall Dülferstraße) are primarily made available to the University Management for representative occasions. Furthermore, these locations may be used for celebratory events that are important for the whole university.
