Researchers at TU Dresden are offered free access to the open editorial system Open Journal Systems (OJS), which maps the editorial process of producing quality-assured OA journals. With its detailed rights management for different roles (reader, author, editor, proofreader, layouter, reviewer), extensive layout options, a large number of plug-ins for functional extensions and interfaces to other systems, the OJS software offers the ideal prerequisite for managing and publishing one's own OA journals under the Qucosa.Journals label. Publisher-independent and science-oriented publication offerings are a central building block in a sustainable OA infrastructure.
