The funding program "TUD in Dialogue" intends – as the name suggests – to initiate or strengthen the dialogue between different groups and institutions of the TU Dresden as well as between the university and society. All employees of the university are eligible to apply.

“TUD in Dialogue” aims to establish a transdisciplinary dialogue with society. Through an innovative, modern science communication tailored to the target group, TU Dresden's visibility will be strengthened. At the same time, the program contributes to the deliberations and development of solutions for the most pressing challenges of our time and the future. Therefore, issues of societal relevance will be under the spotlight. Moreover, the proposed topics and formats should be in line with TU Dresden's strategic goals and its university culture – the promotion of democracy, participation, transparency, appreciation.
