Research Seminar 2012: Airline Maganagement

The research seminar in 2012 aimed at investigating all structural and operational aspects to be considered in the founding stage of an airline. In the course of the project, the investigated findings were applied to an exemplary airport located in Saxony serving as a fictional home base for the newly set up airline.
