Funding

Establishment and ongoing activity of the facility as well as acquisition of state-of-the-art instruments and microscopes is grounded on long lasting financial support  from the DFG, the European Fund for Regional Development (EFRE), and the institutes of the CMCB, especially the CRTD.

Part of the running costs is covered by user and service fees.
