It is said that a message originates with the recipient. But how does the desired message and, above all, the hoped-for action come about? This year, together with Ramona Nitzsche, we again trained interested scholarship holders to become ambassadors for the Deutschlandstipendium with a soft skills training course. The training covered generally useful things such as the FAQs of the target groups, preparing an elevator pitch, arguing convincingly, researching correctly or getting to grips with stage fright. Whenever someone is interested in the scholarship programme - be it other students or possible sponsors of the scholarship - the ambassadors are there with us and answer questions at eye level or from their own experience. We would like to thank all the Deutschlandstipendium ambassadors for their great commitment and a big thank you to our wonderful trainer Ramona, who has been supporting us here for many years with her psychological know-how!
