First intranet workshops and employee interviews completed
The first major task of the intranet introduction project, which was launched on September 1, 2021, is the collection and prioritization of expectations and requests for features of an intranet at TU Dresden. From October 2021 to February 2022, central stakeholders and future intranet users were surveyed in 90 individual and six group interviews and were included in three cumulative workshops. The intranet project team extends its heartfelt thanks to the over 100 interviewees and the approximately 60 workshop participants. Thanks also go out to the 86 colleagues who have volunteered to test and decentrally support the endeavor. At present, the project team is working on evaluating the information collected for presentation to university management.
