Administration & Digitalization
Digitalizing administrative processes is a critical step toward becoming a modern, world-leading university. In this context, digitalization is intended to increase the efficiency of administrative tasks in order to create space for excellent teaching and research.
The digitalization of administrative processes is being primarily driven by (IT) projects. The Steering Committee Digital Administration was established to guide these projects under the leadership of the CDIO. This committee makes strategic decisions for the allocated projects, which includes prioritizing projects, approving project plans and monitoring the progress of projects.
You can find all the projects allocated to the steering committee in the project overview (internal area).
In addition to the Steering Committee Digital Administration, a Project Management Coordination Office, composed of all project leaders, has been established. They deal with operational issues of the (IT) projects and the overall exchange of information on project progress. Operational change management of our IT systems is advanced with the help of a Change Advisory Board (CAB), which prepares the accompanying decision templates for the Steering Committee Digital Administration.
