What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a) GDPR (consent) – the use of the service and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.

- Number of participants
- Type of participants (employees, students, professors)
- Structural unit
How long will personal data be stored?
After the end of the event, but after 3 months at the latest, the data will be deleted. This does not affect the legality of processing based on consent until it is withdrawn.

Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.
