What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.
What personal data is processed?
The following personal data is processed
Contact details (e-mail addresses, names), as well as information regarding the workplace and employer. Your data will be stored in the data memory of the form in the WebCMS and forwarded by e-mail to the person responsible. The latter uses the data for participant management of the event and for sending information to participants by e-mail before and after the event.
How long will personal data be stored?
Unless consent is withdrawn, all personal data will be stored for a maximum period of one year after the end of the event for internal evaluation and statistical purposes. This does not affect the legality of processing based on consent until revocation.
If personal data is transmitted to recipients, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?
Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, personal data will not be transferred to third parties.
What rights do data subjects have?

The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR with the consequence that the personal data of the person concerned will no longer be processed. - Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)
Data subjects have the right to request information about the personal data processed about them and the possible recipients of this data at any time.
