We work hand-in-hand with our close neighbors, the Deep Sequencing Group, as many samples are sorted for sequence analysis.

Our partner facility in-house is the CyTOF Facility, where cells are analyzed by mass cytometry.

The CMCB Flow Cytometry Core Facility is member of the networks of ISAC (International Society for Advancement of Cytometry) and DGfZ (German Society for Cytometry).
