Didactic commentary: The success or failure of educational events depends to a large extent on whether and in what way those responsible for education succeed in taking the needs of educational participants into account. But how are they supposed to know how they are doing? We have prepared a poster that can be used to find out in no time at all. The variations of sensitivities are deliberately formulated in a slightly oblique or unusual way to make it more fun to assign them.
When to use it: Used at the beginning, during a break or at the end of an event, it helps to find out more about the mood and attitude of the participants so that they can be included in the next steps.
What else do I need? The poster is suitable for a point survey. This can be done with sticky dots or (even better in this case) simply with Eddings or markers. In this way, the participants can also note down sensitivities that do not yet appear on the poster.
