Short URL service
With TU Dresden’s short URL service, you can shorten the links of both TU Dresden (tu-dresden.de) or the Education Portal Saxony (bildungsportal.sachsen.de). For example, you can also generate a short variant for longer links from OPAL. The tool generates an alternative URL for your link in the following structure: https://tud.link/xyz. The abbreviation at the end of the URL is generated arbitrarily and doesn’t stand for anything.
If you would like a short, meaningful link for a page in the WebCMS, please request a short link from Web Support. For more information, please refer to the internal area on the Help page for short links in the WebCMS.
