The Personnel Representation Council regularly receives inquiries about job bikes and deferred compensation/Salary Sacrifice scheme for bicycle leasing.  Currently, this is possible for employees at municipalities and at the Dresden University Hospital, under certain conditions. However, this requires a collective bargaining agreement, which exists both at the municipalities (collective bargaining agreement for bicycle leasing) and at the University Hospital Dresden (HTV bicycle leasing).  TU Dresden does not have the possibility to make such an offer, since the collective agreement of the German federal states (TV-L) does not contain such a regulation.  An appropriate arrangement would have to be agreed upon for this as part of the next round of the collective bargaining negotiations.
