Management of the Festive Halls of the University Executive Board

The following rooms of the University Executive Board are available for rent:
- Festive Hall in the Rectorate Building (currently limited to a maximum of 50 people)
- Konventzimmer in the Rectorate building
- Festive Hall Dülferstraße (Dülfer Hall)
The festive halls of the University Executive Board are managed separately from the regular classroom allocation (Operational Allocation of Teaching Rooms, Directorate 8). Please note that thes festive halls are primarily used by the University Executive Board.

NOTE:
The use of the University Executive Board's rooms (including Dülfer Hall) may be subject to a fee for event organizers. An overview of the room rental fees can be found in Information and Guidelines for Festive Halls of the University Executive Board (03/2026); the calculations are currently being revised. Teaching rooms free of charge are allocated by the Operational Allocation of Teaching Rooms (Directorate 8). There you will also find information about other TUD facilities and how to rent them.
