Our work
Our objectives
One of JAV’s goals is to reduce conflicts between instructors and trainees. We need your help for this.
We continue to see the following key areas as mandatory:
- Filling out the report book properly (instructors must sign the book weekly).
- Submitting your doctor's note (Krankenschein) on time to the employer (within 3 working days, and you must also notify your instructor by phone by 11:00 am on the 1st day of your illness).
Our tasks
- Requesting measures from the workplace that serve young employees
- Ensuring that laws, provisions, accident prevention regulations, collective bargaining agreements and company agreements are complied with for the benefit of young employees
- Holding regular meetings to solve current problems
- Conducting workplace inspections on site
The basis for our work
Our work is based on rules defined by law (primarily the Saxon Personnel Representation Act).
As your representatives, we undertake our duties in conjunction with the Personnel Representation Council.
As liaison officers, we are bound by professional secrecy!
