Five posters for collecting and documenting feedback based on the five-finger method, which are particularly suitable for larger events such as annual conferences or permanent exhibitions.

Didactic commentary
Using the five-finger method, these posters offer a simple way of finding out from the participants of an event how they liked the event. They can be used in very different contexts. However, due to their size (which we have planned), it makes sense to use them in the context of larger or longer-lasting events. In order to integrate them effectively into the event, however, the posters should be pointed out at the beginning and - in our opinion - also from time to time during the event and it should be explained how they can be used by the participants. If the framework of the event allows, the posters can also be included in a joint reflection at the end of the event, during which the participants could be given the opportunity to comment on individual feedback and/or to consider together what the feedback could mean for future events. If such a slot is planned, early announcement can increase the willingness to give feedback.
