- participants of the Preparatory Course of the International Office of TU Dresden
- participants of the Preparatory College TUDIAS or Leipzig
- participants of the DSH intensive courses for refugees
- students of the TU Dresden who would like to reorient themselves or better prepare for further studies
Prerequisite for enrollment in the OSM is...
- enrollment in the Preparatory Course of the International Office of TU Dresden
OR - admission as guest auditor of TU Dresden
OR - the enrollment in an undergraduate study program of TU Dresden
Important note for the participants of the TUDIAS Preparatory College:
For enrollment in the Preparatory Course of the International Office an Antrag zur Wiederbewerbung has to be filled out. The contact person for all questions regarding the application is the director of the preparatory college, Dr. Andrea Strützel.
You can enroll in the OSM through an enrollment form.
During the test run in the summer semester 2023, you will keep your current status, i.e. either the status "student" or "guest auditor" of TU Dresden.
The OSM basic program is free of charge.
If you wish, you can book various elective modules in Block B "Qualification". These elective modules are subject to a fee.

No, you don't have to. The assignment of credit points to the individual blocks in the OSM program only serves as an orientation for you.
Yes, you can take exams during the OSM. Please coordinate in advance with the OSM team which exams you would like to take. Then an application can be submitted to the respective examination office or examination board.
Yes, successfully completed exams can be credited to a later study program upon application.
During the Orientation Program, you will be advised and supported by an individual mentoring and coaching program.
