The report (PDF file) on the implementation of the Saxon Women's Promotion Act (SächsFFG) and the circumstances for women working in the public service in the Free State of Saxony presents developments and gives recommendations for action. Women are still underrepresented in leadership positions in the public sector, which leads to the persistence of the significant pay gap between women and men. Women's advancement plans are an important instrument for promoting equality and eliminating imbalances.
