Remuneration fair? - The evaluation of secretarial work
The Equality Office would like to cordially invite you to an information event in the context of this year's Equal Pay Day. The date of Equal Pay Day is set every year and symbolically marks the general difference in earnings between women and men.
The main topics will be the general conditions of work in secretariats. The focus is on visibility and opportunities for better networking at the working level as well as, of course, the question of the extent to which the changed requirements in the context of digitalization and internationalization are fed back into collective bargaining law.
Our guest is Dr. Jule Elena Westerheide. She is a proven researcher in the field of sociology on issues of digital transformation, work and organization and currently employed at the Ruhr University Bochum.
The lecture, followed by an opportunity for questions and discussion, will deal with the evaluation of "invisible" secretarial work with recourse to collective bargaining law and job descriptions and will explore possibilities for action.
Date: 24.05.2023, 13:30 - 15:00 via Zoom
The access link will be sent to all registered persons.
