UNIT 3.3 - General Administration
The Unit General Administration serves cross-sectional tasks within the Central University Administration and is responsible for
- the University Central Mail Service of TU Dresden (ZPS)
- national and international letter mail
- national and international freight mail
- national and international courier mail
- in-house mail within TU Dresden
- service/information/consulting
- You will find the mailbox and the deadline mailbox (German: Fristenbriefkasten –
a mailbox that automatically records the time a letter is deposited) of TU Dresden is located between the buildings Tillich-Bau and Hülsse-Bau. (see location plan map)
- the postal marking/registration for the Rectorial board and the Central University Administration
- the Administration Library for the Rectorial board and the Central University Administration
- the information/maintenance of the national file plan LEAP as a basis for the general office organisation
- the inventory management official seal at TU Dresden
- All important information on official seals can be found in the current version of the TU Dresden Seal Regulations.
- Any changes to the use of the seal or its representation must be reported immediately to the Unit General Administration.
