In the WHAT'S NEXT program, we will again start a new rotation for the target group of female postdocs and habilitation candidates in 2023. With this program, especially developed for this qualification phase, all female scientists at TU Dresden and all DRESDEN-concept institutions are invited to apply and actively advance their postdoc career.

Where is my next career step going? How do I prepare myself for the challenges in research, teaching and management? Can I lead a team? How do I negotiate my next job? Which social media platform is appropriate for my research? These and many other questions are addressed by the 12-month qualification and networking program, which starts in April 2023.
