Forwarding of E-Mails to the Exchange-Inbox
The forwarding rules in HORDE to 'ZIH-Login@msx.tu-dresden.de', has to be shifted to the first list position. Otherwise some e-mails may be affected by higher forwarding rules and never reach the Exchange inbox.
Changing Target Mailbox
If only the Exchange-inbox is used, the forwarding of incoming e-mails to the exchange inbox can be avoided by changing the target mailbox of the user by application.
For any questions contact the service desk, please (servicedesk@tu-dresden.de).
Following data are necessary:
current target mailbox | ZIH-Login@mail.zih.tu-dresden.de (may differ, if institute internal mailserver is running) |
new target mailbox | ZIH-Login@msx.tu-dresden.de |
Hints for digital signature
Before the user's personal certificate can be used for signing and encryption in MS Outlook or OWA, the user's standard sender address has to be changed in MS Exchange to the address, which is used in the certificate (usually prename.surname@tu-dresden.de).
AppleMail is case sensitive. The standard sender address in MS Exchange and the certificate data have to be identical.
