Inclusion
Inclusion in teacher training is the key to equitable and diverse education for all. Future teachers must be prepared to teach heterogeneous classes and to recognize and support the individual needs of learners. At the university itself, it is also crucial to create an inclusive and diversity-sensitive environment in which students can learn and develop successfully, regardless of their personal circumstances, but according to their personal needs. In this context, there are various innovative projects at the Center for Teacher Education and Educational Research that address these challenges.
