Digitalization and change training
Both small and large changes to everyday working life at TU Dresden require the continuous development of digital and non-digital key skills. These include skills for agile work, self-organized learning and working as a team. The focus is also on digitally acquiring knowledge and methods (digital learning) and on deepening basic digital knowledge (digital literacy).
