At the end of the project "Research and Learning in an Interdisciplinary Context (FLiK) Bionics" an exhibition with exhibits of student research can be seen in the foyer of the Biology Building (Zellescher Weg 20b).

As part of the FLiK module "Bionics", TUD students researched biological structures and materials in a total of 9 groups in order to transfer their functional principles into technical applications. The students were supervised by a team of lecturers who contributed engineering, mathematical, biological and design perspectives.

In the interdisciplinary exchange, the possibilities and limits to creating models from nature and to transfering them into technically usable constructions became clear.
The results will be presented in posters and 3D models and can be viewed until 26 October 2018.

The FLiK module "Bionics" was coordinated by the Centre for Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching (ZiLL).
