Technische Universität Dresden (TUD) has made tremendous progress over the past decades compared to other universities in Germany and abroad. The current peak of this development is marked by the university being awarded the renewed University of Excellence status in 2019. Looking ahead to the bicentenary of the university "TUD 2028", its goal is to consolidate our achievements and promote new developments as part of the Excellence Strategy.
