What connects us to TU Dresden and how can all scientists, administrative and support staff collectively contribute to implementing our guiding principle, both today and in the future?

On 31st May, the focus will be on personnel development, career paths and the promotion of young researchers. In your opinion, what is necessary for successful personnel development and which qualification opportunities and offers of assistance are vital for academic careers and for the professional development of support staff? At the same time, we would like to assess our definition of good leadership as well as the extent of employees’ individual responsibility.
