Teaching and Learning Space for Inclusion
A room for research, teaching and participation!
Address: Zellescher Weg 20, SE2/22 Head: Dr. Frank Beier | Tina Czaja
Objective
Inclusion is an interdisciplinary focus in teacher training and should be increasingly implemented in modules of the individual subject didactics. The provision of a room at the Centre for teacher education and educational research (ZLSB) for the planning, implementation and evaluation of inclusive teaching and learning arrangements creates opportunities to deal with the design of inclusive education and teaching in greater depth. In addition to being equipped with suitable furniture, this also includes the availability of various media that can fulfil this requirement.
Scenarios for use
Seminars for students or workshops for in-service-teachers on the topic of inclusion, space and inclusion, gender and diversity as well as the interlinking of inclusion and digitalization; projects with school classes (content can be determined individually), microteaching formats, video research in own teaching experiments, open space, playing in the Escape Room, etc.
Further Information
The Teaching and Learning Space for Inclusion can be booked as a room resource via Outlook (designation: Lehr-Lern-Raum Inklusion).
You can find more information in our flyer.
From 2024, a transfer project is planned in which a comparable classroom based on the experience gained from the “Teaching and Learning Space for Inclusion” is to be designed and researched at a school in Dresden.
