BMAS/ESF Plus Future Centers Directive - Support in managing the digital transformation
The future of Germany as a business location and the further development of the welfare state depend crucially on how well we succeed in combining technological innovations with social innovations.
Global competition, demographic and ecological change and advancing digitalization are changing the world of work and the labour market in the long term. The rapid advance of digitalization is creating new opportunities and growth prospects for many companies.
This funding program is intended to support small and medium-sized enterprises and employees in the (further) development and implementation of innovative approaches to mastering the digital transformation.
Technological penetration is changing occupations at the job level and the associated skills and qualification requirements dramatically.
As part of the program, "Regional Future Centers" (RZ), a "Coordinating Future Center" and a "House of the Self-Employed" (HdS) (= focal points of action) are being funded as competence, networking and consulting centers to cope with the digitally driven change in the world of work in particular.
