The Office of the Officer for the Protection of Women's Rights and Equal Opportunities at TU Dresden coordinates equal opportunities activities in the departments, faculties and Central Academic Units.
We want to promote equal opportunities at TU Dresden by setting standards and supporting processes. The Office of the Officer for the Protection of Women's Rights and Equal Opportunities designs and organizes various formats to implement these goals in the following fields of action:
- Professional in office - supporting the commitment of all equal opportunities stakeholders through further training, exchange and networking, among other things
- Meet to Move - focus on employees in technology and administration
- Gender equality and digitalization
- Gender-inclusive communication
