The Office of the Equal Opportunities and Women's Representative at TU Dresden coordinates equal opportunities activities in the departments, faculties and central academic institutions.
We want to promote equal opportunities at TU Dresden by setting standards and supporting processes. The Office of the Equal Opportunities and Women's Representative designs and organizes various formats to implement these goals in the following fields of action:
- Professional in office - supporting the commitment of all equal opportunity stakeholders through further training, exchange and networking, among other things
- Meet to Move - activities to implement the TU Dresden's plan for the advancement of women
- Gender equality and digitalization
- Gender-inclusive communication
