For the fourth time since 2013, young scientists from all over the world gathered at TU Dresden under the banner "Summer of Excellence" to participate in various International Summer Schools.
The "Night of Excellence" on October 5, 2016 was the highlight, offering a chance for international summer school participants as well as hosts from TU Dresden to mix and mingle. An experimental chemistry lecture and a tasting of TUD's very own home-brew were also part of the programme.
The 2016 International Summer Schools gathered more than 120 participants from all five continents. Even Australien researchers took part.
