In 2017, again, young scientists from all over the world gathered at TU Dresden to participate in various International Summer Schools funded by TU Dresden's Institutional Strategy.
In mid-August, participants from four of this year's nine International Summer Schools met for a “Night of Excellence”.
After Prof. Thomas Doert’s entertaining chemistry lecture "Chemistry of Fire and Light", there was still time for the 90 participants to network.
In total, the 2017 International Summer Schools gathered more than 120 participants from all five continents.
