The TUD Dresden University of Technology has been certified as a family-friendly university since 2007. Our aim is to support students and employees in reconciling work, studies and family life. For us, family means all forms of life that include a parent-child relationship, partnerships or relatives, for whom care (care and nursing) is provided and for whom there is direct responsibility. We recognize the diversity of all family constellations. That is why TUD provides its students and employees with a whole range of support services, which are constantly being expanded. Study & work with family
Are you planning to study with a child or are you already studying or working with child(ren) and have questions about pregnancy, maternity leave, study or work organization or childcare services? You are welcome to make an appointment with the Campus Office Uni mit Kind . On the TUD intranet you will find all offers on the subject of family.
Caring for relatives
Students and employees with (imminent) care responsibilities can get personal advice on all aspects of this topic at the TUD. Our care advisor Susan Holbein is available to answer your questions by phone and e-mail. You can find our care counseling services on the TUD intranet.
