Gigaset DA610
Many performance features of the TC -system are also usable with simple analog end devices. Performance features are not enabled/disabled via special keys, buth rather via dialing numbers.
Dynamic Call Forwarding
The dynamic call forwarding takes affect with the first call instantly, though it is not saved permanently on the end device. Thus the target of a deleted call forwarding has to be typed in every time again.
Turn On
*44 -> type in call number (with "0" for public network) -> #
(e.g. *44 0 0172123456 #)
Turn Off/Delete
#44
Determined Call forwarding (incl. timed Call forwarding)
The determined call forwarding allows you to permanently save a call forwarding target on your end device (until it is deleted again). The saved target has to be just activated every time. If activated, the caller will be forwarded immediately; if deactivated, it takes affect after about 15 seconds (timed call forwarding).
Program Target (call forwarding takes affect immediately)
*49 -> type in target number (with "0" for public network) -> #
(e.g. *44 0 0172123456 #)
Deactivate Determined Call Forwarding
(timed call forwarding after about 15 seconds)
#44
Activate a Programmed Determined Call Forwarding
*49
Delete a Determined Call Forwarding
#49
Callback/Makeln/Connect/conference
During a conversation you are able to call back another participant and afterwards return to the first, switch between both ('Makeln') or connect the first with the second participant. Connection during exchange line calls is not possible.
Callback (During Active Call)
R-key -> type in call number, talk to the second participant -> R-key to get back to the first participant
Makeln (During the Active Callback)
R-key -> *15 -> switch (Makeln) between participant A ans B each with R-key
Connect (During Active Call)
R-key -> type in call number -> hang up during the ringing tone or callback
Conference (During the Active Callback)
R-key -> *30 (acoustic signal) to start a three-participants-conference
(with analog phones, only 3-part.-conferences are possible)
Redialing
The last used target number can be redialed via the redial key (key with two adjacent circles, one of them filled).
call lists
If both phone and TC-system-port (if so ask the ZIH) support displaying the call number (CLIP-function), call lists will be saved depending on the end device (e.g. Siemens Euroset 5020 or the Gigaset-series). You can delete the list, but you cannot disable the function. With the use of a phone that supports this feature, you automatically agree with the call list function. Please see also the handbook of your particular end device.
register callback request
You can register a callback request at a participants phone, which you couldn't reach, whether there was a free line signal or not. Depending on the participant's type of end device he or she will receive this information via the inbox (in case of free line signal) or the callbackwill be triggered automatically once he or she finfished his conversation.
You hear a free line signal or busy line signal:
R-key -> *9
(with #9 you can delete the saved callback target)
suppression of call number display/Display anonym
You can suppress the displaing of you call number and name on the participants end device. Just type in *05 before the particular target number.
Program target keys
Depending on the type of your end device you may program target keys or manage a digital phone book. Please also read the handbook. The TC-system provides individual quick dialing even for simple phones. You can store 10 targets on the 0-9keys:
Program / Change the Quick Dialing:
#8 -> target digit key (special signal) -> complete target number
Using the Quick Dialing
*8 -> target digit key (TC-system dials the complete target number)
Register Appointment
You can register appointments on your phone. The phone will ring at that desired time:
*16 -> hhmm (special signal) (example 08:45 Uhr: *160845 eingeben)
(With #16 you can delete the appointment at any time.)
Volume and tone settings
This feature also depends on your type of end device, please read the handbook.
