is the update of the 2014-2018 plan for the advancement of women. The situation of female employees in technology and administration receives special attention for the first time. The document was developed in a broad participatory process and adopted by the Rectorate on 10 December 2019. - Guidelines for gender-in-nclusive communication
The aim of the guideline is gender-inclusive, diversity-sensitive language is to address all people equally in a respectful manner and to make them visible. It goes beyond simply referring to men and women and addresses trans*, intersex and non-binary people. Collective self-designations, self-determined first names, forms of address and pronouns should be given respectful consideration.
