Decentralized level
At decentralized level, there are Equal Opportunities Officers at department and faculty level as well as in some Central Academic Units (ZWE) who work part-time. The decentralized Equal Opportunities Officers are voting members of the Faculty Boards and advisory members of the appointment committees and other committees. They also advise on career paths and the compatibility of studies/work and family.
