This year's anniversary edition of the Long Night of the Sciences also came to a crowning conclusion with the Science Slam in the Audimax.

The Science Slam brought science out of the ivory tower and onto the stage. With this format, the TU Dresden's Diversity Management not only wants to inspire enthusiasm for the diversity of science, but also to put female scientists in the spotlight.

For this year's 7 participants from very different research fields and scientific organisations, the task was to convey their own research topic to the audience in a clear, easy-to-understand and captivating way within 10 minutes. All the scientists succeeded excellently! In the end, Bhargavi Karna from Helmholtz Zentrum München won the audience vote.

The Diversity Management Department would like to congratulate and thank all participants and visitors for an event that was an all-round success!
