The 10-month qualification program Women Leading in Academia is aimed at female professors(W3, W2 and W1 in the advanced tenure track process) who want to develop their leadership skills in a targeted manner and expand their professional network. TU Dresden thus complements the leadership certificate program of the Center for Continuing Education and offers an exclusive format specially tailored to female professors.

Program content
The program combines practical workshops and modules, individual and peer coaching with intensive exchange:
- Leadership in science - analysis of personal leadership motives & leadership feedback
- Communication & conflict management - acting confidently in challenging situations
- Presence in the media - Appearing successfully & increasing visibility
- Individual coaching - Tailor-made support for further development in a targeted manner
- Networking with leaders - inside and outside the university
