The three-day, English-language conference offers various workshops and coaching opportunities. In discussions with successful female professors, female researchers can learn more about their paths into academia. The conference is aimed at female researchers in the qualification phase of participating DFG-coordinated programs. Remaining places can be allocated to other female researchers at TU Dresden.
