Training for students in their role as tutors
Have you made the leap and become a tutor? But you still need tips and tricks for preparing and running your event? The TUTORING project at the Centre for Continuing Education will help you plan your (digital) tutorial or exercise and deal with any difficulties that may arise. Our qualification programme is constantly adapted to changing needs and offers exciting events, clarifies your questions and gives you the chance to develop further with professional support. In addition to preparing for the tutorial teaching position, all participants will develop skills that will also be useful later in their professional lives - both in the application process and in everyday working life.

Formats
- Basic qualification: didactic and methodological basic
- workshops: Deepening of specific topics, e.g. stimulating interaction or presenting confidently Peer meetings: Exchange between tutors and collegial case consultation

This is for:
All student tutors and young teachers at the TU Dresden. By this we mean subject tutors from all degree programmes, exercise and internship leaders.
Registration and costs
Enrolment in the respective qualification modules takes place via OPAL. To do so, register for the courses on the left-hand side. The qualification is free of charge.
Certificate in Higher Education Didactics
Courses completed with us can be credited towards the Higher Education Didactic Certificate of the HDS (Higher Education Didactic Centre Saxony).

Continuing education in academic reading and writing
Learn and practice scientific reading and writing: Would you like to approach your seminar paper, thesis, or other written assignments in your studies with motivation and work on them successfully? The Writing Center supports you among other things with
- Writing Counselling,
- Workshops on scientific reading and writing in the course of studies (creditible partly in AQUa and supplementary areas or via studium generale),
- an online infothek with tips & tricks,
- Writing events such as the Long Night of Writing, Writing Start Morning, and Writing Marathon Weeks.
